For over 50 years, Casa Serena has been providing women with the necessary tools to recover from the diseases of alcoholism and/or drug dependence in order to live a life free from addiction.
While the Casa Serena community is as diverse as the real world, treatment is tailored specifically to your individual needs.
Casa Serena’s comprehensive residential treatment program is licensed by the State of California.
Three Unique “Home” Settings
In one of our three unique home settings clients receive housing, meals and treatment for the diseases of addiction.
Main House: Phase 1, a structured 90-day program
Grad House: Phase 2, longer-term care (up to 9 months)
Oliver House: Women with children, pregnant women

Additional counseling provides women with the opportunity to address co-occurring problems related to their addiction, such as post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and depression.
We provide HIV and Hepatitis C education and testing by a registered medical professional.
When needed, we also coordinate individual case management meetings with Social Services, Probation and Parole Officers.
